🛡️ Warranty Policy – Asly Grocer

At Asly Grocer, your satisfaction and product quality come first. All coffee machines are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Technical malfunctions not caused by misuse.
  • Repair or replacement when a factory defect is confirmed.

What the warranty does not cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid spills, or improper installation.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repair attempts or non-approved service centers.
  • Accessories and consumable parts (e.g., descalers, filters, capsules).

How to activate your warranty

  1. Keep your purchase invoice/receipt (Order # or proof of purchase is required).
  2. Contact us at info@aslygrocer.com or via the contact form.
  3. After receiving the item, inspection and processing take 3–5 business days.

Warranty fee: AED 50 (per machine).

Note: If no manufacturing defect is found, a diagnostic/handling fee may apply and return shipping may be charged.

Service & turn-around

Where possible, repairs are completed by authorized technicians. If repair is not feasible, a replacement unit of equal or better condition may be offered according to availability.

Proof of purchase

Please attach your order confirmation email or invoice and a short video showing the issue when you contact support—this helps us speed up the process.
